Can I submit a link to your links page?
A: Yes, but we may reject it if it's for a competitors website or a subject that is objectionable or completely off topic. Use the contact us page to reach us.
Can I request or suggest an item that I don't see on your site?
A: Yes by all means and we'll see if we can accommodate it. We're always looking to expand our offerings. Use the contact us page to reach us.
Can I write and submit an article or how-to for your site?
A: Yes, as long as it's a subject that fits in with this site, and we'll give you full credit (if you want it) on the By Line. Use the contact us page to reach us.
Do you buy stock from anyone?
A: Yes, If you have new or used trains of your own or if you have a store and looking to reduce or liquidate your stock, please contact us regardless of where you are located in North America. You can reach us via the contact us page.
How often do you get new stock?
A: We get new stock in continuously from our suppliers and locally from sales, closeouts, shows and auctions.
What kinds of items do you buy?
A: Anything you see on our site. In addition, just about anything new or used, related to model railroading and any scale and supporting tools/supplies, but we also buy a very wide range of other hobby materials/stock. feel free to contact us and we're always happy to discuss.

Do you use cookies and why?

A: To reduce SPAM messages and comments, and jokers who leave inappropriate or argumentative comments. We find that members are usually more level. We do have strict rules about fighting, obscene language and objectionable comments. This is a family oriented hobby and company and intend to keep this website family friendly.
Do you have an affiliate program?
A: We are currently setting one up. It will be available very soon.
Do you have a Rewards Program?
A: Not at this time but we're open to the possibility in the future.
What payment options do you offer?
A: We use PayPal as our main gateway but you can use most major credit or debit cards to check out. We are currently evaluating acceptance of crypto (digital) currency and wire transfers as well.
Do you sell customer information:
A: NO... we do not sell or share your information. See our Privacy and Cookie Policies pace (see link at bottom of the page)
Do you send emails to your customers?
A: Only if you opt in to emails or the new letter. You will receive confirmation emails for orders and shipping. We do not send unsolicited (SPAM) emails.
I'm local, can I pick up my order in person?
A: We do not have an brick and mortar store or showroom but we can make arrangements on a case by case basis. This saves you on shipping and us on effort.
